The company has 2 share holders at present, Partner and Directors named Mr. Satendra Kumar Chumbak and Dr. Sunil Kumar Singh. The company received its Prospecting License in 2014 and imported all its machinery through Investment Development Agreement through ministry of Finance, Govt of Guyana. Recently in 2022 Atlantic Golds Inc received its Mining License. The Atlantic Golds Inc has been engaged in Prospection from 2014. The Mining license of Atlantic Golds Inc is the third large scale mining license granted by GGMC Guyana and is one of the most potential land in Greenstone belt and surrounded by some of the major mining companies operating from years. The Atlantic Golds Inc is looking to get established as one of the major Gold Mining player in the Guyana and major gold producing mining company.
